Rockets score 9, keep pace in West

—SARNIA—

A six goal third period capped off quite a night for the Strathroy offence, as the Rockets cruise to a 9-2 win on the road in Sarnia Thursday night.

12 different Rockets would collect at least a point, as Ethan Facchina, Dylan Richter, and Mason Landry scored a pair of goals each in the win! Colin Androlewicz made 31 saves on 33 shots for the win in between the pipes. The first year Rocket goaltender improves to 12-4 this season!

The win keeps Strathroy right in the hunt for top spot in the GOJHLs Western Conference with 15 games to go. They currently sit in 4th place, but just 2 points back of London for top spot (Strathroy has 1 game in hand).

Next up for the Rockets is another big test at home as the Chatham Maroons visit the WMMC on Saturday night. Game time is 7:30pm, make sure you arrive early for the best spots possible and the playoff race heats up!

If you are unable to make it, the game can be streamed on FloHockey.tv ($), or you can listen live to the Rockets Audio Network.
